Spare Parts & Pricing Specialist (m/f/d)

For our team in Settimo Milanese (Italy), we are looking for a Spare Parts and Pricing Specialist (m/f/d).
 

Your Responsibilities

• Support the global aftermarket organization with technical and organizational solutions in supply chain and sales pricing with technical focus on Coating products
• Execute sales pricing on a day to day basis
• Prepare and manage the service tickets to the sales price software provider incl. testing and release of new versions and functionalities
• Collaborate with the local technical and service teams to ensure a smooth aftersales process
• Support the supply chain team as a connector for technical requests as well for specific vendors in Italy

Your Background

• Bachelor‘s Degree in Engineering, Technical School, or apprenticeship with several years of experience in mechanical engineering, ideally in the optical industry
• High degree of customer orientation, ideally with experience in aftersales processes
• Quick-minded, critical thinker, and reliable
• Good experience in all MS Office tools and SAP
• Team player with sound judgment and decision making
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluency in English and Italian
