Compact-Lab: for small and medium sized Rx labs, Satisloh offers an entire lab set-up package consisting of manufacturing equipment, prescription software, consumables plus technical services including training by the Satisloh Academy. This is valid for both, surfacing and coating operations. Relevant products are: blockers; V-50 / V-75 and VFT-compact-pro generators; Toro-X and Toro-FLEX polishers; cleaning systems; MC-380-H coating lab; SP-200 sputter coating system. Free-form-Lab: Satisloh´s most modern system for state of the art ophthalmic lens manufacturing. Either manual operated or fully automated, Satisloh provides a complete system. The free-form designs can be provided from third party suppliers or also from Satisloh. Relevant products are: VFT generator series; Toro-FLEX and Duo-FLEX polishers; RX-Server-AF software; Lens-Engraver-LC; blockers like Layoutblocker-PRA or Nucleo-Blocker. OBM™-Lab: Satisloh is the only supplier offering a complete, fully automated in-line production for ophthalmic lenses without using alloy, called OBM™ - On-Block Manufacturing. The lenses stay on the block piece throughout the entire production chain. The line consists of a Nucleo-Blocker, a standard generator like VFT-orbit, a standard polisher like Duo-FLEX, a complete in-line coating system for cleaning, hard-coating, AR-coating and top-coating, and finally a Nucleo-Deblocker.
