The fully automated ES-4 is the heart of this new range of finishing technologies, which is the latest evolution of ES-3 offering new features such as variable angle drilling and ability to process B measurements as small as 18.5 mm, not to mention a >20% increase in productivity. 7E, a highly versatile, compact, dry-cut manual edger, with full edging features (drilling, grooving…), is both easy to use and robust. The wide range of edgers is topped off with Helix - a five-axis lens machining center (with optional automation), designed to process complex lenses conventional edgers can’t. Helix five-axis edging technology enables variable angle processing for all edging functions, including beveling and drilling, matching nearly every frame or lens curve. The Dimension tracer offers an innovative frame holder which rotates the frame to the optimum tracing angle. Dimension’s technology increases tracing accuracy by eliminating unnecessary calculations and estimates, provides right and left eye trace data, as well as an accurate DBL measurement, and prevents tracing failures associated with normal gravitational tracing technology.
